While traditional marketing is still great, Northstar Realty has some new strategies to enhance the standard marketing tools. One of Peggy Naruns' favorite high tech tools is a phone number providing a free recorded voice tour of your home. The phone number is placed on your For Sale Sign, as well as in some of the print advertisements. When a person calls the voice tour, the individual's phone number is immediately text-messaged to Peggy's cell phone. She can then call the individual, answer questions, and possibly show them the home. Typically these calls come from people who are driving by the house. Peggy receives their phone number, and can call them back before they drive away. With a quick trip, your home can be shown to the potential buyer within a matter of minutes.

Electronic campaigning is a relatively new marketing strategy that many agents are now doing. A flyer of your home can be emailed to clients and brokers. What sets Northstar apart from other agencies is 1) professionally designed E-Flyers and 2) larger customer database to send the flyers to.
